Midwest Innovations has a robust safety program and takes safety very seriously for both our team members and our customers. We have a dedicated safety officer who ensures we have a documented procedure, appropriate training and inspections related to all OSHA and client safety standards. Our employees have received the 10 hours OSHA General Industry and CPR/First Aid Training along with specific industry and technical training pertinent to the type of work being performed.
Our company performs documented daily safety tailgate meetings on various topics. We also present industry trend topics and a monthly safety topic.
Midwest Innovations stresses the importance of a drug free environment. All employees must pass a comprehensive drug and alcohol screening panel prior to starting employment, are part of a random drug and alcohol screening pool and are tested immediately following any on-site injury or vehicle/equipment related accident. Our company is 100% committed to a zero tolerance policy related to drug and/or alcohol usage.
Midwest Innovations, LLC is also environmentally conscientious. We believe in recycling to assist the environment. Thread protectors are sent to a site in Texas which washes and recycles them for re-use. Our company also recycles small items such as bottles and cans to assist with the environment. All of our sites are kept clean and maintained. At every opportunity we are looking for ways to make our world clean and safe for generations to follow.
